ROOM TEMPERATURE BUFFETS Our room temperature buffets include plates,
tableclothes, and an attendant staff to set dining tables, serve beverages, and assist with table service. These buffets include
an assortment of fresh breads and rolls, iced tea, and freshly ground premium coffee, regular and decaffeinated. Buffets are scheduled for two hours. Please consult with our Catering Manager if your buffet needs to be available
longer. Buffets require a 25-person minimum. SALAD &
