May 5, 2013	ROCKETMAN FLORIDA TRIATHLON First time ever...privately coordinated sporting event allowed on the Kennedy Space Center. Participants will swim the beautiful and calm waters of the indian River and run in historic downtown Titusville. The bicycle portion of each of three races takes athletes on the Canaveral National Seashore, the Merrit Island National Wildlife Refuge and the secure areas of KSC including the Vehicle Assembly Building and both Space Shuttle Launch Pads.
