a family owned business whose owners were the proud recipients of the prestigious 2003 Brevard Heritage Council Banner Award
for the restoration of the historical property. Caffe' Chocolat is located in downtown Titusville's historic
district at 304 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL across the river from Kennedy Space Center.
Restaurant
Caffe’ Chocolat opened its Restaurant on September 14, 2002 with
a focus on offering its customers consistent, quality food and service within a tranquil setting and historical environment.
Caffe’ Chocolat is housed in the Old Walker/Washington Hotel Building located at 304 S. Washington Avenue and
has retained its 1920s character and atmosphere by restoring the original flooring and utilizing period décor.
Caffe' Chocolat is open Monday through Saturday
for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers full table service. Caffe’ Chocolat offers the finest in chocolates, chocolate
fondue trays, desserts, ice cream, gourmet and specialty coffees, specialty and chai teas, fruit smoothies, panini sandwiches,
soups, salads, soup bread bowls, gourmet pizzas, homemade quiche and an array of vegetarian and sugar-free selections using

Chocolate Factory
Caffe' Chocolat is fully equipped and offers a large selection
of fresh fudge and chocolates made in its own on-site chocolate factory. Our Chocolatiers
create hand-dipped and hand-painted chocolates with over a hundred selections available. We combine traditional recipes and
the finest ingredients available to create our own line of superior chocolates and fudge.
Caffe' Chocolat
keeps on hand a large selection of packaging & ribbon to assist with the selection of fine chocolates
for gift-gifting or for any special occasion or event, whether corporate, business or personal. Ready made ribbon and
packaging include "Happy Birthday", "Happy Anniversary"
"Thank You", "We Appreciate
Your Business" and "Congratulations" are a few of the ready-available themes available. Fudge Gift Boxes
with a slot available for inserting individual or corporate business cards are another popular for corporate and individual
gift giving. Caffe' Chocolat offers a large variety of ready-made hand-painted chocolate
specialty items for most any occasion, holiday or event. Chocolate, Wine and Gourment Gift baskets are
always available for purchase at Caffe' Chocolate or on shopping on-line . Caffe' Chocolat
stands ready to assist any business or individual with special order or ready-made gift giving items.
Gift Gallery
While some of
its loyal customers say they would not change a thing, Caffe' Chocolat continues to offer new products and services to
the community and its customers. Within one year of opening, Caffe' Chocolat added a Gift Gallery full
of the latest trends in décor and gift giving.
Wine Boutique
In
2006, Caffe' Chocolate added its Wine and Craft Beer Boutique. The Caffe' Chocolate Wine Boutique carries vintage
collections from Germany, California, France, Australia, Spain and Italy. Most of the wines are boutique selections
that are exclusive to Caffe' Chocolat in the North Brevard area.
Some are fanciful like
the "Eat and Drink Selection. Each bottle in the "Selection" is adorned with colorful representations
of the dishes it is intended to pair with, from chicken and fish to pork and beef.
In addition to the wines,
the boutique offers glassware, dishware, cookbooks, gourmet cheese, olive oil, caviar, etc.
On-site wine tastings
are offered several times a year at our boutique and restaurant.
Catering
Caffe' Chocolat offers full catering services, both on-site and off-site.
